   Jackie managed the sale and settlement of my own property concurrent with the purchase of my new house. I had been 23 x years in my previous home so Jackie had to explain lots of the details. She did this simply, clearly and gave me confidence that things were being managed so professionally with a true customer focused, supportive approach. Really responsive; always happy to explain anything, answer any questions! Difficulties at settlement were handled so professionally - highly recommended.

   We needed advice on a sale and purchase agreement for selling our home and purchasing a new home. The new home was still under construction, so we needed advice about buying off the plans, the contract etc. Abbie Featherstone was excellent to deal with. She is very diligent with all the documents and gave us very good advice and recommendations on some changes to the documents. The firm handled all the details seamlessly, and took care of the administrative issues in good time. All in all it was reassuring to have our interests well managed and gave us good confidence to proceed.

   Abbie and her team assisted me with a mortgage refinance this month. It was a very smooth and efficient process and only involved one visit to the Takapuna office to sign documents (all other comms were quick and via email).    We have been clients with Armstrong Murray for coming up 3 years and Debbie Nelson (and the other staff we have been in contact with) has been fantastic. She has helped us purchase our first home, sort our wills and answer any smaller legal queries we may have. She is quick to respond and very informative in her replies. She is professional, but super friendly and empathetic. Their prices are super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into making sure you are looked after and that everything is explained in a way that is easy to understand. We have moved out of Auckland and still wouldn't choose to move companies. We can't recommend them enough!
