As first time home owners we appreciated her efficiency. She was always on top of Communication and she was thorough, following up her emails with a phone call and then going over the details, making sure we understood everything clearly and had checked all boxes properly. The best part was on settlement day receiving the keys to our new home at 11o'clock that morning - thats how efficient she is.
