   I have been attempting to contact North Harbour Law (Tony Edward or Mike Hawkins) for over two months now seeking detail regarding my late father's estate. No one from North Harbour Law will respond in any way to any of my requests. I find this hideously unprofessional and a stain on the legal profession. Upon enquiring of the Law Society, I have now been Informed that Tony Edward is no longer a registered lawyer - but rather a "Consultant". I then wrote to Mike Hawkins (copying Tony Edward) and still did not get the courtesy of a reply that in any way responds to my questions or requests. This after Tony Edward had formally acknowledged my advice to him on 03 December 2024, that I would now be the principle contact on all issues related to me and my late fathers will. I am due a significant payout from my father's estate but North Harbour Law are collectively refusing to respond to me, or advise answers to my multiple questions and issues. North Harbour Law have obtusely and deliberately refused to respond to me in any way for close to nine weeks now. The only option available to me now is to complain to the Law Society AND/OR the Legal Complaints Review Office. RH

   Changing properties is rarely stress free. I engaged Jeanine Mitchell and her incredible team to help with a recent property sale and farm purchase. We had a lot to juggle with the transactions on both properties happening on the same day. Jeanine and her team at North Harbour Law couldn't have been more helpful. Their communication was excellent. The entire process was managed effortlessly including working across banks, vendors and buyers. I certainly felt like we were in really safe hands and will certainly be using North Harbour Law for the next property transaction.

   I used North Harbour Law when I brought a house and I loved them. Easy to talk to and really helpful. But when I went to use them again, I just never heard from them. I waited a month waiting to hear back for my next step, then I had to contact them. We talked once then I never heard anything again, I emailed them and was ignored! It has been a month since they just never replied. Terrible terrible service and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
