   After being a client since 1991 I have seen this practice go through many changes,from great, to very untrustworthy. Not to be trusted at any level.Very economic with the truth,not such a good trait from a legal firm. John Pera Kahukiwa managing partner,is an outright lie of a person. Doug Cowan of Doug Cowan lawyers an ex employee of this firm states that Corban Revell lawyers are second rate. That's obviously why he moved on. Both John Kahukiwa and Craig Orton do not know what 6years law time barring is and do not know that serving of court documents officially is a legal requirement for court claims. In 1995 a copyright infringement by others copied my product,an agreement was reached but it relied on John Kahukiwa checking in with the other side every two years,he didn't meet this requirement,we paid for him to do this he didn't and cost us the agreement, that was valid for up to 50 years, the other side would not copy it. Guess what they started making the product again. What we got from Corban Revell was not very much. He was my Dads executor and trustee and ignored Dads will instructions,that's called Willfull Misconduct. Kahukiwa drinks to much and what he smokes I only guess. They take the money and offer no service. This firm will go down the drain,they had a $4 Million claim against them for a botched up property sale deal some years ago obviously they settled it out of court. My family trusted this fellow and firm. He destroyed our family with his lies. John Kahukiwa and Corban Revell Lawyers are scumbags.They even claim that Judge Goodwin was a partner 2012 more lies I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SECOND RATE FIRM.Or its PARTNERS. Interesting

   If I could give 0 stars I would. We approached Corban Revell to represent us during the purchase of our first home. Initially Frank seemed helpful in explaining the process and drawing up our Sales & Purchase agreement. However, after the initial agreement was drawn up it took many days, sometimes well over a week, to get a response; we were sent another client's confidential financial information and contract which is a HUGE breach of the privacy act, it took four attempts for him to successfully draft a simple contract/agreement, and he got our settlement date incorrect. Finally, when we had to engage a second lawyer to represent my other half in a relationship agreement, he was unprepared and had to scramble to get the documentation when we went in to sign them (he had been sent the relationship contract weeks prior). After all of this, he then failed to send the documents back to the other law firm within a reasonable time-frame (7 days and it still hadn't arrived). The fact that we still had to pay thousands of dollars for this service is appalling.

   The worth lawyer on this firm is Lisa. She drags cases over and over and over to make more money. Earlier feedback suggested this fact too that she doesn't work on her client's interest, and drags on and on for ages. Read other review for the fact-check proof. Be aware of the lawyer (Lisa) as she will try to drag the case so long so that she only makes money... her service has also been no good at all. When our parents needed her service either on child sick or away on half day work. Unacceptable... People stay away. Hope they learn to process things faster next time, and be professional.
