I recently used Strategi to complete the level 5 certificate in financial services (investments). The marking process for the most part was quick. The content was easy to read, clear and detailed. I have recommended strategi to my colleagues. However, in saying this, I had a terrible experience with one particular marker with my final assessment. The marking was inconsistent and I found the comments containing feedback unhelpful and extremely vague. Sad to say that an otherwise pleasant experience was ruined by a sloppy marker right at the end. As someone who has completed a degree, I can say this is by far the worst experience I have had in terms of constructive, consistent feedback I have had in all my years of studying. If you get Wendy as a marker, good luck - you will need it. Disgusting attitude problem and a major power trip. Extremely unprofessional.
Completed the qualification however I would suggest that you only use Strategi if you already work in the industry as Strategi assume you already have access to specific resources and research. Some assessors seem to be on somewhat of an ego trip to prove how "clever" they are, which considering the subject matter is hardly rocket science, is an interesting approach to encourage people into the sector.
The online learning material and the assignments were great and really enjoyed the learning experience. It would have been a good if there was an opportunity to link directly with a facilitator to get queries or doubts cleared. Sometimes the replies took time and used to be very vague at times. A little more help would have been appreciated and made the experience even better.

Horrible. But atleast I finished it. Most assessors were helpful except Wendy, she made it horrible.
The support provided by Strategi Institute is great. One could attend assignment support sessions and get all assignment queries resolved. The facilitators are industry professionals. Great learning experience overall.
BEWARE dont study here.They are the most expensive with the worst service ever. I sent them an email and it took more than a month to be answered and I called them every second day. I stopped my studies with them to restart somewhere else. They will find a way to take your money and not deliver. PLUS they add a look of valuable information in their T&C as they know nobody reads this. Asking any thing from management is impossible.
Contracted this company as a general compliance adviser. The work done by them is full of grammar mistakes and "traps". No professionalism can be seen in their work at all. Such a "great" contractor to waste money and time.
