    The service and especially the volunteering part us rewardable but the advice given are sometimes incorrect. Please go there more then once as sometimes you find people who don't know. So I would recommend for someone who cannot read laws and regulations by themselves

    I've had a m massive Stroke & spent 5 months in hospit its now fri & NO contact or disabled " zHousecall. al .I rang on fri got really nice & helpfull recp & a promise to email or call followig tues, didn't happen Ttied next day ( fortest home visit inwheelchair) , bring fenied rights etc. Itd thurs & STILL no reply. Msybe I didn't csll on on Wemons only day. Like

    I attended a Saturday course here. The course was well run, and we, the participants, were well looked after. There was a bit of confusion around getting us in to the building at the beginning of the course, but they sorted it out quickly. I was highly impressed with the quality and knowledge of the instructor. She was excellent, and ran the course efficiently. We all learnt a lot. Their offices aren't flash, but that's not surprising since they a community organisation. The facilities were just fine for the course.

    I appreciate the free advice, but last night a "writer" was bought in half way though my session and I wasn't asked if this was OK. Considering I bought sensitive information about abuse in state care. I wasn't happy that I wasn't asked if OK another person to listen in. I would of said NO I'm not comfortable.
