   Big Save Porirua, what can I say. Kelly, provided me with the Best customer service. In trying to purchase a new bed, it took 2 days (a lot of reason being my fault) of me understanding a system i was not familiar with. Kelly went above and beyond to provide me the customer service of making sure that the product I was looking for was the best choice. She offered me the knowledge of how to take care of the product to last without damage. As much as a customer determination to buy what is needed urgently, Kelly made sure that I would receive the product in quick time. Big Save should be proud of having you Kelly having to represent the store with so much patience and professionalism. Thank You Kelly for all your help especially having patience with me appreciate you. Tofi

   I do not recommend buying from this store. I bought a sofa set from them for $6,000 and a $600 five-year warranty. When I contacted them after six months, they did not acknowledge the warranty.

   Good experience buying at Big Save Porirua branch. They have competitive prices and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Also, great after-sale support from Lily! Only inconvenience was the long waiting time for delivery to arrive, so best if you can order ahead of time from when you’ll really need the item.

   Poor delivery service. Guys where lazy and dropped furniture on drive way when I asked to leave it on deck .Neighbor was moving his vehicle to make space as its shared driveway. They dropped on driveway and left blocking neighbors vehicle. Neighbor got angry and went to store to ask it moved. Guys came back and only moved 2 box and still left 1 box on driveway way as it wasn't paid to take to deck. Store person promised neighbor that it will be delivered on deck as a courtesy to wasting his time to come to store. Neighbor offered to help but they said it's not policy to help . But I guess it's there policy to block others driveway. It they didn't have safe place to deliver it then why unload it before confirming with customer. They saying they like courier drop and go. But even courier guys have better understanding and not leave things wherever they like. Pathetic service. Seems like there have been few incidents with other reviews Buying things worth over 6k and they only care is us not paying premium delivery to leave on deck.

   hello big save team, whenever some thing bad happens we always open a big mouth but we never appreciate when have great experience, i did a purchase last week at big save porirua of a couch, great service by mr mayank who helped me and my wife to select a perfect choice for our house, and he did also follow up untill it got delivered to our home, really appreciate the effort and would really recommend that place to all ... great job great customer service... thanks

   The worst service we have received ever. Took nearly a whole year to get a replacement couch as the one we purchased started fading within 2 months of owning it. Zero communication from big save. We had to call and follow up number of times and would never get an answer. Seemed like the big save team didn’t want to deal with us and kept ignoring us. I will never be purchasing from big save again and will be telling my friends and family not to as well. We purchased two couches both worth $4500 each and very disappointed with the service we received. Poor service wouldn’t recommend.

   Went in to buy a bed at big save Porirua, when I went to try the firmness out on the beds, as the sales person suggested to see if it's the right feel. Luckly i had my glasses on and I noticed on the bed a whole lot of black and white bug eggs and lint all over the bed I was meant to lay on. They need to vaccum clean there display beds or hygientic clean them. I turned around when I saw this and left the shop, wasnt going to lay on that and went to bedRus and bought a bed base with draws and a head board. The beds I tried out were clean, lint and bug free that I liad on at bedRus. I believe a lot of people would ofwalked out after seeing that at big save so they could possibly be lossing customers, so I spent my thousands else where..

   A good furniture shop and we would highly recommend it The staff are very nice and delivery is usually the correct day! However, we were told we were going to have our new couch delivered on Saturday, however we didn’t get it so we went in store and they said they did have the couch, but in the wrong size wrong colour. I think it is a good store but just be aware that delivery might not be when expected
