Quite an impressive place. It offers two big venues for events. We attended a birthday celebration there. Food and service was quite good. There is also a nice restaurant on entry.
Visited LHEC for an amazing artistic performance event recently. Lower Hutt is so lucky to have this facility with it's proximity to the motorway, parking and the venue itself is such a lovely space in the way it has combined original functionality with the new adjacent complex. Amenities, overflow space and the cafe complete a well designed complex that is a wonderful destination.
Went for Japan day - great event space and very well attended. Parking is a bit hot and miss but otherwise we had a reat time.
The Events Centre is a brand new development with the latest audio visual equipment for conferencing and events. The spaces has all new amenities, facilities and class leading infrastructure to support any size of event up to a maximum of 1200 delegates (static audience).
It’s a versatile place with a cafe. I went there to present at the Islamic women council NZ conference. Its quirky. The main hall was beautiful and big. The park next to it is gorgeous and the walk is beautiful. There is an old graveyard with big beautiful trees. Its 6 minutes walk to the mall. Great location and access.

The place is spacious and auditorium style upstairs, there's some other rooms if needed for divided activities and lots of parking space.
Great service and great atmosphere for those who want to enjoy a meal with friends and have enjoyable conversations or find a quiet corner and reflect with your favorite flat white
Yea, why not. When an event goes off without a hitch, and everything you need is there or thought of….
Really nice facilities! The free WiFi is particularly good, well over 100Mbs up and down with several hundred people here, simple to connect to and has been completely reliable.
