So, I love their vapes and flavours, but the amount of pods I have gotten both in store and in the mail that don't work is starting to get frustrating. I tried bringing my receipt to the store and they just say "yeah you need a new pod". Never acknowledging that they should be giving you a refund for the pod/s that dont work, the liquid you wasted filling it up. In response to the owners reply, naturally, I wasn't trying to replace an old coil or pod, I wanted a replacement for brand new pods and coils that failed and couldn't be used.
