This is a Lecture theatre on the Massey University Albany Campus. They can seat up to 500 people I believe. This place suits those who are either studying at Massey or there for a seminar.

Great building with various facilities including jumbo lecture theaters and a dramatic arts theater lab! There are toilets and water fountains too. Even a mysterious staircase leading down to unknown depths. The artwork is cool and intriguing. I have never fallen over in the SNW and it is easy to get out of. All in all a top notch building.
