    I bought a pair of sneakers from this store two months ago. It was during a sale, and the store was very crowded. One of the staff members, Sindy or Cindy (I missed the correct spelling), was incredibly helpful. She carefully listened to my budget and the type of shoes I wanted, and recommended several options. Even when I took my time deciding in the store, she made sure to check on me whenever she had a moment. Thanks to her, I found a pair I really liked in the end. In a world where service can often feel rushed or careless, her professionalism truly made my day!

    A big store with many options and sizes. The price is reasonable and with another 30% off. Have met 4 staffs in the store. Three of them are very nice and patient. Thank you! The one with glasses is the rudest person I have met in NZ.

    Tried to call in the morning or late afternoon to avoid their busy time. But really disappointed that they are not answering the phone when called first thing in the morning, and they just hung up. Also called in the late afternoon, they picked up the phone and left there unattended, I can hear the music in the shop with people giggling at the background. Waited on the phone for 5 minutes thought they will come back but they were not attending to the call. Called again in 15 minutes but phone can't get through. The worse customer experience ever had.

    Thank you to the hard working team for their help even though you guys are so busy at the moment I can see all the mess all the careless customers are leaving you guys I really do feel for you guys sad to see how some people just throw the shoes on the ground even though there are signs everywhere clearly asking but then again I’m not surprised thanks again to the the staff really appreciate it don’t let the stupid customers get to you guys
