   I walked in the door & was immediately served. I was very quickly passed to a highly qualified Barrister / Solicitor. We discussed a situation I found myself to be in. At the end of my discussion the staff member an offered to check the documentation, I was preparing, when I had completed it. I never expected this level of service as I had never sought assistance of this nature previously. The service this staff member offered initially & their follow up communication was of such a high standard. I highly recommend this organisation. You will not be disappointed. I couldn't be happier.

   Can't thank the team here enough. Full points on everything. The lady I saw is a gem and worth her weight in gold. Knowledgeable, articulate, hardworking and just all round a really lovely clever person. It's obvious that she has some beautiful morals and for the small person being overrun by the corporate companies- she will knock them back into line. A most educating enlighting informative meeting i had today. I couldnt be more happy. Hand on heart the passion for all things legal to be equal and just, well let's just say "im armed and good to go".

   I've always liked this free service, never any complaints. Until today. The lady who saw me did not seem like a lawyer judging by her lack of knowledge on consumer rights against "shark behaving vehicle finance company who took advantage of an emotionally excited person with bad credit. I don't recommend her.

   I had two complex Family Court matters & was finding the Judicial process overwhelming to navigate. I had spoken to lawyers in firms and had no faith in their ability to assist. I conversations with three lawyers at the Porirua Community Law centre and each was insightful and inspirational. Ms Lomax, the manager has been the most supportive, thoughtful and genuine lawyer I've ever come across and went the extra mile, taking time to listen and give personalized advice - she and her staff are a fantastic community organization.

   I was Very impressed with the professional freindly and kind customer service of all the team I dealt with earlier today and would like to give heaps of praise to the way petrina handled my particularly difficult case with professionalism empathy, kindness and understanding, it really helped put my mind at ease I had a tenancy issue that had me at the end of my patience and speaking with her really helped me out so much was like seeing a radiant light that guided me to the end of a very dark tunnel. I would go so far as to say I feel in some way she has helped to restore my faith in humanity. Keep up the good work you are a credit to the Porirua community and I thank you sincerely for untangling the mess I was in
