Not recommended, didn’t listen to the brief and holiday requirements .Lack of communication, and assistance when overseas. Highly recommend Flight Centre Takapuna who I’ve used in the past and were amazing.
My husband and I holiday a LOT for short trips and month(s) long slow travel. We generally do a mix of organising these ourselves and using a travel agent. For the past 3-4 years I’ve worked with Tony at Helloworld Orewa to plan and arrange our adventures, with the latest odyssey being a month in Asia. Tony arranged simply everything, including suggesting specific countries and locations, tours, hotels, and airlines, etc. It was almost our best trip ever, everything went so smoothly. Over the time we’ve worked with Tony he’s taken the time to get to know us and our preferences. We highly value his expertise and would recommend.
I have emailed hello world Orewa on at least six occasions over the last four months to get options for a trip to Japan, they keep telling me they are working on it and I should get an email today that was over two weeks ago. Obviously these guys don’t need any work they are too busy, would never use them again, went to a travel agent just across the road in Orewa and they had information to me within 24 hours.
We had decided to do a trip to Tasmania by ourselves, until we came across a 10 day Tour Tasmania through Helloworld Travel Orewa. Easily booked, an excellent Tour with an outstanding guide/ bus driver. There were 17 Kiwis and 4 Aussies on the Tour. Great value for money and would highly recommend this Tour, as it took away any stress trying do do it, and organizing it yourselves. Thanks Orewa Helloworld Travel for all you did. Murray & Julie
We booked our family trip to Fiji in October with travel agent Jill Ryan - she was amazing!! Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to postpone and change our trip to November. Jill was so accommodating and changed everything for us motel, car hire, booked activities no questions asked/no hassle. When we finally went on our family vacation everything went smoothly, recommendations made by Jill were perfect, we would definitely book with Helloworld Travel Orewa again 10/10.
