   A consummate professional, Anil put together a 2 week package through Malaysia for 4 of us over the New Year holiday period.    Anil planned and organised a tour to Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Singapore for 31 days for a group of five. He is a very patient, knowledgeable and efficient operator. We were very pleased to have him help us organise private tours everywhere. All the transfers and the tours went very smoothly and we enjoyed every day of the tour. The whole trip was fantastic. We highly recommend his services.

   Anil has been our travel agent for many years. His professionalism and efficiency is second to none. He goes above and beyond to help when unexpected challenges occur while on holiday eg on our last trip to Queensland one of our internal flights were cancelled due to a weather event. Anil made every effort to rebook suitable flights for another day as per our requests. On many other occasions , he displayed amazing customer service including organising urgent overseas trips after office hours. .

   Huge thank you to Anil - one of the agents here - we visited another local travel agent prior to coming here and had quite standoff-ish service and our budget was physically laughed at... We popped over the road & instantly Anil was warm and welcoming and onto it. 5 minutes later we walked out with our holiday booked & it was well within our budget!    We booked our trip to Europe with Anil at Helloworld Birkenhead and then due to news of a serious family illness, 3 weeks out from the date of travel we had to postpone. Anil took care of everything and nothing was a problem. We changed the trip completely and Anil booked planes, trains and accommodation. The service was exceptional and Anil took away all the stress. We went to Europe for a month and everything went like clockwork. Fabulous accommodation and great timing on trains and flights. I would recommend Anil at Birkenhead to everyone.
