   Michelle planned our 23 days on the South Island with us, really understanding our priorities and using her extensive knowledge of New Zealand to create a wonderful plan. She kept within our budget, focused on great tramping and opportunities to see wildlife and appreciate nature, all while keeping the amount of driving manageable. We never could have planned it so well ourselves! She selected terrific places to stay, in convenient locations and with nice local flavor. She planned out the water taxis for our incredible Abel Tasman and Queen Charlotte tramps, and hooked us up with an awesome guide in Milford Sound. We are so sad to leave, New Zealand has been wonderful to us!

   Just returned from the most wonderful New Zealand vacation. Working w/ Franck and his team was a pleasure from beginning to end. I shared my interests and what I wanted to include in the itinerary. Franck helped me choose options that delivered on my expectations and we created the trip of a lifetime for my family. Communication was clear and consistent. Questions were always answered professionally and promptly. Having an expert handle the logistics required to travel between the north and south islands lifted so much weight off my shoulders - planes, private transfers, trains, ferries, 7 different hotels and tours everyday. The team is available 24/7 and when one tour was canceled due to weather, they quickly arranged for a replacement activity within an hour. The hotels chosen for us exceeded all expectations. Beautifully designed, clean, helpful staff, great amenities, wonderful hot breakfasts, and convenient locations w/in walking distance to attractions and restaurants. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but we were always in a hotel w/ self-laundry service at the times we needed it most. All the private transfers, whether short rides from the airport to hotel or long rides to the next town, were in spacious and clean vehicles with wonderful drivers. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others and would definitely use them to plan another trip.

   Working with Franck was the absolute easiest decision my husband and I made on deciding what to do on our honeymoon. And when we return for another trip, we will absolutely work with Franck again. From the beginning: Franck was understanding of our unpredictable work schedules, didn’t hound or pressure us into any decisions, and still made us feel like we were long-lost friends. His kindness and hospitality was so sincere. He focused into our travel likes, our preferences for a relaxing but adventurous trip, and (as we had asked) left us with plenty of room and suggestions so that we may fill our days as we pleased. During the trip: Franck was our insider secret; he was very responsive and always on the ball with his recommendations. Every dinner, wine tour, hike, and museum was spectacular. I truly feel that he saved the best for the last. Every place he took us to, every hotel, villa, resort, pod, and spa, was somehow better than the place before. It was never touristy, it was always elegant and relaxing. When it came to planning our honeymoon, my husband and I didn’t have time to research every city, its history, and unique offerings. But Franck did! Looking back, we never felt like we missed out on anything. Franck is a rare gem with impeccable taste. We cannot wait to work with him again.

   This agency has subcontracted our trip to New Zealand for a French agency and I must say that I have nothing but compliments on the organization of our stay. The consideration of our wishes, budget and accommodations was perfectly understood and carried out. Accommodation, activities, car rental, transfers…everything was perfectly organized and everything was done to simplify our task and ensure that we only have to enjoy our stay.
