   This travel agent is all about making money for themselves. Just spent a lot of money with them for our family holiday in South America. Ended up paying 25-30% more than if we’d booked directly with local operators in South America. Didn’t have a choice as they held credits from a cancelled booked holiday during COVID. Also had a lot of issues with the airline tickets that they booked. Couldn’t get a confirmed seat and not allowed to have carry on bags when they were well aware that those issues were sacred to us. Do not depend on them on organizing tours. Just spent NZ$10k with them to see the Salt Flats in Bolivia to only actually spend 2 hrs on the Flats. Definitely do not use them if you want value and good service.
