I reached out to Trish about 6 weeks ago & met in person to plan an overseas trip. After being promised an itenarary in 2 weeks, despite multiple follow ups, we were left with un-delivered promises. My calls were never returned, despite leaving multiple messages with other members of her Team. I was essentially stonewalled & ignored. Eventually, I gave up trying & booked through another agent who actually took us seriously & bothered to offer the customer service we were denied from You Travel Manly.
