   Very good tour. Guide in China was first class. Hotels were good and the Tour itself was excellent and well planed. A couple of things that could have been made clearer. 1. In China except for hotels you need to carry your own toilet paper and you cannot flush it down the toilet. A box is provided. Most toilets outside hotels are not western type. 2. People should be advised to upgrade their dining on the Yangtze 4 day river cruise, fortunately we found this out before we left and did so. Everything else was top notch including all transport and the river cruise Another point was that on internal flights we had to check in our cabin luggage because you could not take bags, even small ones, onto the plane if it had wheels.

   Outstanding service. We have used Shore Travel since covid as our local place closed down. Nothing but 100% perfection. Can not fault their service. All our correspondence is via email as we live in Henderson. We tell our TA what we want, and she delivers.

Staff are very friendly and my dealing with Rinku has always been amazing, she has accommodated me in every situation and listen to my needs. I would recommend anyone looking for a great travel agent to get in touch with them. Thank you for always making right recommendations and taking care of me. You have made my travel experience great and easy. It means a lot and I appreciate every help you have provided me and my family.

   Disappointing Customer Service from Shore Travel leaves one feeling their Travel Agency are Disingenuous and Deceptive. Their Correspondence/Interactions with their Customers' needs to be upfront and include T's & C's etc. This is very different from other Travel Agencies who are more than willing to provide Information and to keep their clients informed when new Products and Services come onto the Market. Whether this be through Travel Events or other means. This Agency in my opinion lacks Professionalism, Fore Thought and Good Will. My main source of Contact was with Nicola Ritson, although I also note there is an unusual Culture from the Management Mary Buckley filtering down. 23/06/2025 In response to your reply: Mary, I give honest reviews. You requested via email that I attend your Events, and are still doing so which you then decline if I R.S.V.P. I wrote and asked to be taken off your Contact Lists 1 year ago, this has not been done, so once again very slack and ambiguous Customer Service from Shore Travel. Giving out 1 ticket for my chosen Lemonade I drank is not in anyone's imagination considered generous nor the reason one would be attending your Travel Evenings. They are certainly not a "Luxury Travel Event" as stated. Once again I am asking you to remove me from your Mailing List.
