   I don’t travel very often so I went through a travel agent to make it a stress free and pre organised experience so I didn’t have to worry and could enjoy my holiday. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great as throughout my holiday I was in the middle of communication, waiting for replies trying to fix mistakes that kept popping up throughout my trip that was planned months in advance. Due to a handful of things going wrong this actually defeated the purpose of going through an agent and left me reorganising a couple of pre paid transfers and last minute having to rebook a new hotel when overseas. I had to chase up our visa applications to be done and also being refunded for transfers I pre payed and never received. Really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as it wasn’t nice having pre planned everything to get on the plane finding several mistakes. When trying to contact the “emergency afterhours” line nobody answered or called back nor did I get an apology when I addressed this. Due to this experience I wouldn’t go through an agent again sorry ☹️

   We have just returned from an amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia! We could barely have managed half of all we saw, learned and tasted without the expertise and organisation skills of You Travel Orewa. From Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, and all the way up the Mekong to Siem Reap, our local guides and tours were helpful and informative, and always had that personal touch which made the whole experience so special. It was the perfect balance of luxury relaxation, cultural visits and delicious food we will never forget. Thank you Mandy and Kiri!!

   Kirk is an extremely professional efficient but friendly agent who we trust and respect. Her knowledge is expansive and if she doesn’t know something is willing to find out. Our recent trip of five countries included accommodation, a river cruise a Trafalgar tour so was varied but all the planning came together. The New York accommodation was recommended by Kiribati and was perfect. The Trip itinerary was great to follow and gave us confidence.

   I needed to book Brisbane accommodation to visit my terminally ill brother, so a stressful time for me. Fortunately, I contacted Olivia at You Travel Orewa & she couldn't have been more helpful! Olivia successfully negotiated various apartment options & kept me in the loop at all times - I couldn't have managed without her help & expertise. Her advise is always readily available & in fact I'm going to need her technical skills shortly to electronically book into my Brisbane accommodation. I know she'll be happy to help a boomer like me who's not very techy! Olivia's a great person to deal with.

   Olivia was our Travel agent who organized an amazing family holiday to FIJI to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. She was so helpful and always answered our questions fast and very professionally, the staff were always friendly when we visited them, they helped us with our passport waivers and contacted the Fiji high commission when we struggled ourselves. They went the extra mile with no effort at all. We plan to use YOU travel Orewa for all our trips to come and we can highly recommend them to anyone for any type of holiday.
