Always get great service and a very tidy undercut from New Era. The staff are all really welcoming and good humoured. I recommended them to my Mum who is currently going through chemotherapy and losing her hair. Mum said they did a great job and didn’t charge. She’s feeling confident with her new buzz. Nate showed his skills and his knowledge and customer service expertise. Everyone there was chill My first time here But I'm hooked. He explained the square perimeters and the tapered ones. Just showed he cared that you got what you wanted. Next time I'll add pics. Was embarrassed to bother them at good work. Nate...you rock dude
Highly recommend this place. “Henderson” has been cutting my hair for a few months now and he’s always a delight to deal with. Passionate about his art, great conversationalist, and laughs at my terrible Dad jokes. Will keep coming back.
Great service, great cut. Popped in last minute to the barber and even though I'm a middle aged lady he was welcoming and acted like nothing was out of the ordinary. Gave me the shaved 'back and sides' that I wanted with a little fade to finish it off. Great conversation too. Awesome.
Took my 3 year old son in today for his first proper barber haircut and the service was awesome. My son was super nervous but his barber was very patient with him, and the result is beautiful. He looks so tidy now. Thank you guys! If I’m ever back these ways from the Chathams will definitely be calling in for more haircuts. Hopefully with my big boys too!
I can highly recommend this barber to tame your or your loved one's beard. This is a city quality service in the suburbs. Countdown is around the corner - very convenient. So gents, delegate the shopping and get a cut at the same time. Same if the aunties or uncles in care at Wellington Hospital. Mum's use the time to get the boys looking decent again and spare them some boredom. There is nearby parking at Countdown (I think it's free if your partner shops), Wellington Hospital ($4-$6 depending on how long you park) or park free across the street after 5pm once the business clears out.
