The atmosphere feels uncomfortable. The scent is unpleasant, and the communication around health concerns creates unnecessary anxiety rather than reassurance. There is also a lack of respect for personal boundaries.
On a recent visit to this place. I left feeling like my treatment wasn"t right! I got home and found a needle LEFT still in my arm. I rang the place only to be told that I must return the needle for safe disposal....This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. This also happened to my friend afew years ago!
Had a great acupuncture & cupping session with Elaine. Relieved my shoulder pain. She also did a nice massage. Would recommend!

I have been going here for years. The staff are awesome. The owner is very caring and wants to make sure you are pain-free after treatment. All the staff are very nice my therapist is Audrey and I highly recommend her. She makes sure I am pain free before leaving, and she is a lovely person. I trust the Master Clinic 100% and would only use them
I went in yesterday to see if I could book in or talk about which service would be best for me, I walked in to the guy sitting at the desk. He was looking down on his phone and completely ignored me. I stood in front of him for a few minutes he didn't look up at me at all. I then was trying to find a price sheet on brochure at the desks but couldn't find one only for chiropractor . Then went back to see if he could help me, was completely ignored ! Was so disappointed. So went to another clinic.
Highly recommend I m scared about the needols but their lovely attention make the fears away. Always kind to help you with the best actitud and always aware about your pain. I saw the improvement after the first session in my lower back and headaches.really thank you so much.
Very friendly and knowledgeable! Helped with my lower back using acupuncture, cupping and massage. Super convenient location too. Highly recommended!
