Amazing team. Allow around 45-60mins per visit with how busy this site is! Staff are always flat out but still manage to make it pleasant and painless.
I went in absolutely terrified, I have like an completely illogical phobia of blood tests. I requested a senior phlebotomist and was absolutely blessed with getting the lovely Hetal. I could not recommend/thank her enough. The first time I didn’t cry during one of these tests. So fast too, instantly found my flimsy veins and was so comforting and lovely
I went here today, and also three years ago, for triennial blood tests for work. This place is competent, efficient and fast. It is like clock work or a magic show. If you value competence and efficiency, then come here.
Turned up after 5pm waited less than 5 minutes,Was assisted by Judy, I don't particularly like Blood Tests and she made me feel calm and relaxed.I can 100% honestly say it was the first blood test that I never felt a thing. Couldn't have been happier.
They put a trainee to do my blood test and she was a disaster! She took ages to find a vain and when she found was the wrong one! I had my arm pricked by a needle for nothing... I always feel nausea with needles. After I insist to call some experience staff (because I was feeling very uncomfortable) they finally did it after a while. As far as a known, trainees should be accompanied by a trained professional. Not reccomend this place!!
I've been going here for a few years and the staff are great. Had to get weekly bloodtests and I have pretty hard to find veins but they always tried their best and knew what they were doing. Friendly, fast and efficient staff. Far better than some of the staff at a couple of other branches I've visited.
Excellent service and the location where I normally redirect i sent my local patients. The lab test frontline is amazing, especially when i got called in to do an urgent recall that I was seen on time, which i don't mind waiting for like every other patient. I'm easygoing as a medical frontline myself and very patience. Thanks, Team.
I have experienced a few branches of lab tests. They have Non-professional, sick mentality, rude behavior people in the staff. I just visited at 11:20 am this morning and closing time is 12:00 PM. They refused to take the test. So why they are opened till 12:00 PM then, if they are not taking test or otherwise paste clear instructions for urgent tests only. They should have an exampliary customer service. I would not recommend people to go to lab tests and complain to ministry of health. Their rating of 3.7 reflects, what they do. I will write an email and escalate this issue with ministry of health. They must take action.
Sonu provided excellent customer care for me yesterday while I did my GGT test for the second time. He reassured me and made me feel at ease with the test and gave me some great test advice so that I could keep the fluid down this time. Thank you Sonu. Highly recommend coming here for your lab tests. I had a great experience here.
