   I’m really annoyed firstly as I was told our appointment is at 3.40 but we weren’t seen until 4.00pm. We were told by the lady that carried out the procedure she wouldn’t have time to do the whole pregnancy ultrasound scan because of time and they closed at 4.30pm. We were also told the report would be sent to the GP overnight so they have the report yet it wasn’t send. We asked today (Thursday) and they said it would be tomorrow. Lastly being charged $110.00 for just 30mins is not exactly fair especially as it was supposed to be 45mins but it wasn’t. Don’t go to Sonelle!!!

   Best decision ever was to include Sonelle scans with my precious pregnancy . Trish is very highly experienced and very kind and approachable sonographer who provides truly heartful care and consistency. Sonelle has more advanced ultrasound/scanning equipment which unfortunately many obstetricians/fertility specialists are lacking in NZ so its definitely worth to spend few hundred dollars to get this level of care with Trish and Sonelle. Highly recommend !

   While the sonographer was lovely and did a great job, the receptionist was unwelcoming, unkind and generally seemed like she was annoyed that we were there for our appointment. Felt like i was not even acknowledged as a person. A small hello goes a long way, rather than a snappy "sign in" before you get a chance to open the app. The appointment costed $103 which is really steep for a growth scan in comparison to other companies which provide a much more comforting and relaxed setting.
