   I went in for an ultrasound and found both the receptionist and sonographer to be very professional and friendly. The receptionist checked the details on my referral form to make sure they were all correct and the sonographer explained everything that she was checking in the ultrasound. The clinic was quite busy when I went (compared to another ARG clinic I have been to in the past) so there was a few minutes’ delay but not by much. Thank you for your service.

   Really convenient and good service. The MRI machine and just everything there is very good. I have had 3 MRIs and everything has been well planned and hasn't taken too long. The bookings were all done by Axis mainly so I didn't have to worry about any booking. Auckland Radiology Group is a part of Southern Cross North Hospital (physically it is inside it) which is very handy and the carparking is good. The staff is also friendly.

   I should have read the review before booking as someone went trough exactly the same thing. Booked an appointment a month and a half ago for ultrasound, they reached me a day before saying that trying to change the appointment which was quite a bit of surprise. But then they said we could just stick to the the same time and confirmed. Even more surprising, they called me couple of hours before my booking wanting to change the schedule as the staff is calling sick. Very unprofessional booking system, no back up plan when staff issue. Don't think I would book this place ever again.

   Unfortunately the negative feedback I have just read that has been left previously for ARG I have to agree with and have experienced so far at Wairau Center. As a paid service you would expect more in terms of customer service and professionalism. Staff are not very friendly and actually caused me a bit of anxiety returning for a further appointment this week. Luckily my appointment was with René who was lovely and friendly.

   Friendly, efficient, easy. I've been here 3 times (for ultrasound, MRI and x-ray) and they are friendly when booking, run right on time, have super nice staff, and get me in and out quickly. During Level 4 lockdown I sent emails to 2 places asking for an appointment. They called me, made a booking, got me in, and got my results back to my doctor before the other place even returned my call!
