   I am a Master’s-level student in New Zealand who arrived before November 2025 and was limited to working 20 hours per week, which made it difficult to find employment as many employers prefer students who can work at least 25 hours. I contacted Nisha Rani Ma’am for a Variation of Conditions (VOC) to increase my work rights from 20 to 25 hours per week. I was told the process usually takes up to one month, but to my surprise, she got it approved in just two days. That is incredibly fast and impressive.
