   Rakhi assisted me with my first home purchase process. She is friendly, very professional, understanding, patient, calm, and very knowledgeable. She has assisted me throughout the process, always remembering that I’m a first home buyer, and took the time to explain everything while patiently answering probably hundreds of questions I had (silly and important ones) all answered professionally and patiently. My process got a little complex due to the house and the vendor, and she was very helpful with her suggestions on how to deal with or handle things (not sure if that’s normal, but for me it was stressful).
