Michael is very professional and responsible. Me and my wife were freaked out when we received a phone call from INZ requesting an explanation on incorrect information that my wife has submitted by mistake and without any purpose. Unluckily we had a miserable lawyer at the first time and wasted our 2 weeks' time under pressure and quite a little of legal fee. However, every cloud has got a silver lining, right? We were able to meet Michael after asking all around and he took our case.
