I don’t let many people colour my hair as I’m extremely fussy . Rodney Wayne in Manners mall didn’t let me down especially Dinesh. He knew what he was doing provided great suggestions & with a huge amount of experience I was certainly was at ease. The colour came out amazing I’ll be back again. Thanks to the team as well.
I was visiting wellington for just 2 days and didn’t have an appointment but I called last minute & Suranji was very accommodating. I managed to get an appointment immediately. I was so happy to pay for my hair cut because Suranji gave me the most beautiful haircut I have had in a long time. She was so patient and helped me decide on what cut would suit my hair type which have greatly helped me in managing my thick hair now. I am not from wellington so don’t know when I’ll be going back to you guys next. But I’m definitely gonna recommend people to try this hair salon. I even got a head massage and a proper blow dry during the service. Such a clean job. Just loved it! THANK YOU.

Took my autistic son there for his first haircut, 13 years of growing his hair & they made him feel so comfortable, at ease & put the biggest smile on his face! Unfortunately, I had two appointments stripping of my hair and had specifically spoken to them about making sure my hair was looked after. I was advised that what they would do is strip it which is less damaging. Unfortunately, the job was very patchy and had destroyed my hair. The cut is uneven and I’ve had to go to another hair dresser to book in to have this fixed. I now have to cut a lot of my hair and have been told to not lighten any further as it will break. My hair before was fine and now it’s covered in split ends and uneven colour. My hair is so damaged it knots very easily and has been breaking. I’m just disappointed as they were quite rough when brushing and stripping so I believe this has caused the damage. The first round they had a newbie assist which is fine, but when my hairdresser pointed out a mistake, they said they would fix it - this wasn’t fixed and when I mentioned the uneven parts at the next appointment, I was told it would be better this time round. After that time, my hair was even more uneven and I was then told the colour would be like that. They then suggested at next session I would be blonde? Im so Disappointed it cost me $650 to then have to go somewhere else to get fixed. My hair feels awful and looks awful and I’m so upset. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I wasn’t going to because the staff were so kind but my hair is ruined and I have to cut half of it off. I use k18, and kerastase and am very careful with my hair as I know it is fine. I don’t use heat on it at the moment either but it despite all that it’s still so awful. My hair is supposed to be all one colour and brown. It’s half red, with my roots showing and random very light bits that have snapped off. Just disappointed I now have to pay to have it fixed when I wish they had been honest about their skills. Lovely staff, just upset about my hair and do not recommend this.
Love these guys! I’ve been going here a for a few years now and Ra has gone from strength to strength. My latest colour (pictured) is an absolute dream, not only is the colour great but Ra made sure to do it in a way that complements my skin tone and lifts my whole appearance. Always amazing service from the whole team, I’m so glad to have found them! Highly recommended.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming at the salon. I showed DG one brief reference of a mullet/wolf cut and he literally slayed so hard. One of my favourite haircuts of all time
If you want a top notch hairdresser, Rodney Wayne is the place to go. I was recommended by a family member to go see DG and ever since I had my first cut by him I haven’t looked back; in fact I have followed him salon to salon - yes his that good. Finally a hairstylist whom I can trust. Amazingly talented and makes me look like a million bucks each time I walk out of the salon. Highly recommend.
I am very satisfied with the way they cut my hair and hair treatment. I was never satisfied like this before with anyone. Highly recommended. Special thanks to DG, He's a very good hairdresser and professional. He has many years of experience with a haircut. The team is great, and they have excellent service. You will feel like you are in a 5-star salon hotel. I will choose them again because will never find a hairdresser as good as them. Big looooooooooooooove for this Salon

Rodney Wayne on manners did amazing work for both me and my mum and and pampered us so well! I’ve never seen my hair look so beautiful with curls. I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the awesome curls herself blow dried my hair and styled it with the most beautiful loose curls I’ve ever seen and had ahhhhh she deserves a lot of credit. And the staff all were so chill and comfortable. Best Rodney Wayne I’ve been too and I’ve been to a handful around the country.
