   First time at this salon today, and I had Jordan cut and style my hair. The salon was sooo nice and warm inside, and the music was a vibe, overall a really lovely calming salon. I explained to her what I wanted as I'm getting my wedding hair trial the following weekend, and Jordan suggested some things, and explained why. I loved how my hair has turned out, she has done an amazing job. Thank you so much Jordan, I will be rebooking with you again soon.

   First time at a hair salon in many many years. Melissa was wonderful, she gave me a thorough consultation previous to the appt and made me feel very at ease. She was so lovely and listened to everything I needed. The end result was amazing and I'm so impressed. My hair looks and feels amazing.

   Cannot recommend this place enough to all my friends and family!! The salon is beautiful and clean. Jazz has great chat, is amazing at her mahi and knows how to cut and style my thick, frizzy and long Polynesian hair. My hair has never been so healthy and the products she recommend I use has transformed my hair. 10/10

   I ended up at this salon completely accidentally and through a series of odd events and I am SO happy I did. Bex was completely delightful and did the BEST job of my hair. I am absolutely stoked with it and finally feel like I have the exact shape of pixie type cut I have wanted (asked for heaps and never quite gotten elsewhere) for ages. I could not praise her more highly. Completely stuck with me now I think. I highly recommend Flame. xox

   The team at Flame is amazing! They’re professional, friendly, and always up for something different. I wear my hair short and like to have fun with it. After my stylist of years hung up his scissors, I spent ages looking for someone else who I could trust to just do their thing. I really struggled, until I found Tilo. His cuts are fresh, his colours bright (went hot pink today and it rocks!), his chat is on point. Absolutely love the experience of getting my hair done. Thanks Tilo. And thanks Flame team. She listened to what I wanted and completely outdid herself, gives an incredible head massage and is very knowledgeable on the products she uses!    Jazz at Flame is the best! I never stuck with a hairdresser till I started going to Jazz. She is super great at understanding what I want and making it come to life, she has attention to detail that I haven’t seen in hair cutting before, and she explains really well what she is doing. Jazz is early in her hairdressing career and if she is this amazing now then I can’t wait to see what the future brings! The rest of the team at Flame are great too, friendly, professional, and skilled. I always make sure I purchase my hair products from Flame as the products work well and are very reasonably priced. Thanks Flame and Jazz!

   I have been going to Flame for 11 years and it has just got better and better! Bex is my stylist and she owns the salon. She does an amazing job and manages a superb team who genuinely love their job and making your day better (their motto). Jaz is awesome and looks after everyone. Amy and Violet are lovely apprentices who work hard to take care of you. Love Flame, highly recommended!
