   I'm not usually one to post a Google review—especially now with Instagram and Facebook—but I felt compelled after seeing the negative comment that was unfair and completely untrue. This salon is filled with heart and talent. They don’t just deliver the perfect cut and colour but also educate clients on how to care for their hair. Their knowledge of products—what works and what to avoid—is second to none. I've been a loyal client here for years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Amy is my stylist, and she always goes above and beyond. She truly deserves recognition for her incredible work.

   The treatments I have one at 1nine7two every month are nothing but perfection every time with the same stylist. I always have a root smudge and tone, if not foiling. My hair has never been in better condition than it has been since going to 1nine7two. I was in salon at the time that Mel was in the salon, and the way she has portrayed the situation places her as the victim when this was not at all the case! The way that the team dealt with the situation was nothing like mel has described, Mel is a bully, she was screaming and yelling at the stylist and had a friend there to bounce off of as well. She got louder and louder and made herself look a fool with her very obviously lightened hair! and I'm pleased to know she has been banned and I won't have to encounter that behavior again at my next visit

   The service I received was unacceptable. Wanted bright blonde hair with 2 seasons of half head of foils. First treatment was left in way to long that left my hair looking grey an dull after the first wash and extremely dry and brittle at my roots. Second session I mentioned my concerns but still wanted blonde hair. My hair came out even darker an I was made out to be a fool an they tried to convince me it was blonde when clearly it wasn’t. Felt attacked and left to cry emotionally while they made me feel stupid as my hair was still brown. Then my jacket thrown at me an told to leave. Then felt attacked by the owner who messaged me banning me from the salon for being emotion. I did not yell or swear an was still willing to pay. Left feeling hurt, confused, emotional and unsatisfied. Finally walked away with at-least a refund hence the 2 star rating and half of an apology. Will definitely not return.

   I have seen both B and Amy for cuts and colours and have found that everytime I pop in its super friendly and warm atmosphere. When I came back after a bad bleach and colour (titanium blonde) job somewhere else I found that although it took a lot of time to fix my issue the team was so good to me and I now found that my hair is super healthy again! I am soo in love with the cut, colour and the team at 1nine7two.

   Absolutely love this place. My hair is thick & course. I highly recommend Di, she is amazing - cuts and styles my hair perfect each and everytime. I haven't been to another hairdresser that cuts as well as her. I also love the friendly atmosphere of this place ❤️
