I wanted to book my child into the Bricks 4 Kidz Albany holiday programme but I couldn't get hold of anyone via the 0800 phone number or via the contact email to make sure that my child would be in safe hands. No contact = no reassurance = no booking.
Horrible staff, withdrawing my child from the class. My child was rejected to join class due to their error. My child was left along in an open playground for an hour and no one contacted parent. Then the responsible person (name :Vigee) blamed other staff for his/her mistake. I am just very disappointed and annoyed by such poor work ethic. I am very unhappy with Vigee's incompetent and blame-shifting attitude throughout the incident. When I requested a refund for the missed class, he responded in an unfriendly manner again.
Amazing place for birthday celebrations. I had my 5 year Olds celebration today and the host was amazing.
Facility is nice but there are way too many kids at the holiday program and not enough spaces and resources. New and younger kids didn’t receive appropriate guidance on what to do after arrival in the morning. Staff seemed a bit aloof by neglecting kids who seemed bored and stayed at the corner of the Wall. My kid had fun playing Lego but felt it was too long for him to stay between 9am-4pm.

Kids had a great time (5 and 7 years old), great facilities with an outdoor play area for break times. They're looking forward to going again!
My son enjoyed the class and his teacher is approachable. Its a good learning experience to improve his critical thinking.
My son decided to become shy when he started at Bricks 4 kidz in Albany. The staff made leaving that little bit easier for us both and he had the best time each day. Highly recommend Bricks 4 kidz. They're Fabulous
My son really loved going to bricks 4 kids, the teachers were energetic and fun with the kids and they all got to build some really neat vehicles and machines and learnt all about how they work.
