   The manager was rude, and when we tried to speak to her, she laughed at us. She is rude and dis respectful. I will never again go there!!! Absolutely disgusting Customer service Do not shop here!!!!!

   Useless service at this store. Bought the Smoka Kush and had it stop working within 24 hours, took it back and nothing they could do about it until level 2 or if I had bought it back in under 24hours of having bought it. Ridiculous conditions that are not explained when bought. The girl behind the desk couldn't be bothered with the situation, did not have a mask on and quite unfriendly. A shame as have shopped with Shosha for years.
