   We were in our mid seventies when we made the monumental decision to try to emigrate from our beautiful Oxfordshire home of over 30 years to New Zealand, to join our two daughters and their families in NZ. We had the great fortune of finding Dom and her team at Auckland Immigration Services. They were so helpful in guiding us step by step through the application process of Retired Parents’ category. Yes there were challenges en route but AIS steered us through these wonderfully and more than that kept our confidence up when, at times, the hill seemed so steep to climb. They never gave up on us even when deadlines imposed by INZ were very tight and remained optimistic and positive throughout. Here we are now enjoying our families again after being parted for over 12 years. They helped us all the way and for that for that we will be eternally grateful.
