   Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to Ankur from Visa Matters. We found Visa Matters while searching on Google and were impressed by the reviews. My husband and I then filled out the online enquiry form, and soon after, we received a phone call from Ankur. Although the call was meant to be only 20 minutes, he took the time to answer all our questions and clearly explained the risks regarding my husband’s visa application from overseas. My husband previously had a character issue because a false document was submitted by his former agent in an earlier application. After three visa refusals—two handled by an immigration lawyer and one by an advisor—we had almost lost hope. After that first phone call with Ankur, we felt confident enough to proceed with another application through him. Throughout the entire process, Ankur was extremely helpful. He prepared our application with full transparency, showing us every detail, unlike our previous agent who handled everything without involving us. Ankur was always available whenever we contacted him and promptly responded to all our emails and phone calls. With Ankur’s support, my husband successfully received his visitor visa from India. We are truly grateful to Visa Matters, and we strongly recommend Ankur to anyone who feels like they are losing hope in their visa journey.
