I had a fantastic experience at Vintage Liquor Store! The selection is impressive—everything from classic favorites to rare finds. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse. A special shoutout to Akhilesh for his outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the experience. Highly recommend this store, and definitely ask for Akhilesh if you want top-notch service!
I apologize for the lack of stars in my review; if I could, I would give it zero stars. The individual wearing spectacles at the store lacks the understanding of what customer service entails and is impolite in his interactions. I used to be a regular customer at this shop, enjoying 2-3 beers daily when the previous salespersons, the Movin brothers, were working. They were courteous and had a good grasp of customer service. However, during my last visit a month ago, I encountered the same rude individual, prompting me to switch to another liquor vendor. Despite this, I found myself in a hurry recently and decided to give your shop another chance. Unfortunately, the same individual was just as rude as before, displaying a lack of politeness and customer service skills. I feel sorry for the owner, as I believe they are losing many customers due to this behavior. If the owner wishes to know how many customers they have lost, I am willing to provide a list of names. This incident occurred today at 8.48pm to 8.50 pm. I bought 3 beers
What a awesome liquor shop, well stocked with a wide variety! Friendly staff who are very helpful and know there wines!
The duty manager over here- Ashen D silva closed the shop at 10.59 PM even when I was here before the closing time. This guy doesn’t know what customer service means. He closed the door right on my face and said don’t piss me off. He said he can close the shop anytime he wants.

Amazing customer service every time I go in. One time the guy behind the counter let me sample a couple of whiskeys (Batch 10 which is an amazing New Zealand made honey whiskey and Spicebox which was vanilla) so that I wasn’t buying an entire bottle of something I hadn’t tried before. They have a good range of spirits, RTDs, wine, beer and cider. Prices as expected in the CBD. It has become my go-to and local store for liquor.
