   Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I went in to purchase a cordless inflator kit but couldn’t recall the brand. I asked for assistance and was told they couldn’t help unless I provided the brand name. When I suggested they look up “cordless inflator” in their system, the staff member refused and said they wouldn’t help without a brand. On top of this, the staff member’s attitude was rude and slightly aggressive, which made the experience even worse. It’s frustrating when a customer is ready to buy and basic initiative and courtesy are lacking.

   Wanted to buy a new bandsaw, confirmed they had two instock at local store. went in saturday morning to buy but they could not find them, was told they were on courier and would be in ether at 10am or first thing monday and they would ring me, so i paid for goods and left. No contact so rang monday morning and was told was on courier, be there by midday latest. ring at 3pm and got told there is no way it would be there today as they only get deliverys on tuesdays and thursdays and that there was nothing she could do. told her i wanted to get a refund on my eftpos so i could buy elsewere, she said no problem. regional manager informed me that they coud not refund via eftpos as more than the refund limit. contacted head office for refund and told if i take other goods back by 11am that the refund would be processed that day into my account. Still nothing in bank so contact head office again only to be told its been passed on for credit and it may take a 2-3 days. Very annoying visit, nothing but lies all around. would not go back no matter what specials they have.
