   Right. I've got something to say. If I could give these guys more than 5/5 stars, I would. In my opinion, if a business makes good with their customer, when something goes wrong, that is an EXCELLENT business. I went to get an infill for my eyelash extensions today, and through a mix-up which was not entirely their fault (I may have been partially to blame...) the set of lashes I ended up with were nothing like I wanted. But when I told my fabulous lash tech, Lucy, that it wasn't what I wanted, she stayed behind for ages after they had closed to not just make it right - but make it GORGEOUS! A+++

   I got acrylics done few weeks ago the lady made the acrylics lob sided, every nail wasn’t the same length. weeks after I got it done I took them off as they were out growing and day after I started to get an infection, swollen and painful, mind you this nail was one that they messed up on. Lovely ladys but they need to realize what they’re doing is not professional and can cause lots of damage to the nails.

   The staff at Lotus accommodated us on a busy day. My friends and I had lash lifts, tints, brow shaping, and stunning manicure with tips. The team was so sweet, polite and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

   Often a very busy place where you feel fitted-in rather than looked after. Massage chair not working, or just not turned on. I feel like it's a rushed experience rather than a relaxing one, which is a shame. They do a nice job on manicures/pedicures

   Great experience getting pedicures for myself and a friend on her birthday. The friendly staff had great communication throughout and did a wonderful job. The foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Well worth it for $45 (regular OPI polish.) Happy customers!
