   Today was my third visit to Jasmine Nails, and once again I had a great experience. The ladies here are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. They genuinely make you feel like they want to be there, rather than treating you like just another customer to rush through. I also loved the festive touches - I was given a small gift and a glass of champagne during my service which was such a lovely surprise. Jasmine Nails is now my go-to place. Thank you to the wonderful team!

   Friendly and attentive staff, especially my nail technician. Decided to work with the ideas she suggested in terms of doing builder gel extensions to help achieve a milky white and flesh pink colour. However after my appointment I noticed within the layers of gel a prominent bubble and dark brown curved line in my thumb and middle finger nail. I keep fixating on them when I admire my nails which is a bit disappointing. I won’t be opting for gel polish nails again especially when they are opaque in colour, but glad they feel strong and durable in the meantime.

   Terrible customer service, rude girl who attended to my nails. Was 'shouted' at from across the nail bar when I walked in for my appointment asking me what I want! Every instruction from her was short and abrupt, like swap, next, done; in an unfriendly tone. She was constantly talking in her native language to her other colleagues loudly while doing my nails. I've never had such bad services from anyone anywhere. When finishing, she just dropped the cuticle oil on my fingers and didn't bother to massage it in and then told me 'finish'!! I'd not recommend this place at all if you value good customer service.

   low prices with low quality Only one day, those diamonds have fallen off and also can see dead skin which they are not help you to solve it. Never coming again ever it’s only cost me $55

   Really nice people and nice colour but do not get the gel it doesn’t stay on for long at all!! One full day and then one chipped, I went back to get it fixed the following day and all good, so kind no worries but then I continued my day and two more had chipped and today my thumb has peeled off !! 1 full day of no issues out of 5. Actual joke :(

   6 years of using their service and not a problem even a single Time. I went there for my Work nails, my wedding nail, my vacation nails and days when I had no clue what I wanted and the owner would just make me pretty nails.. Thank you guys and I will always be coming back.

   I was a walk in, they had no problem with that and didn't rush my nails. I wanted a manicure with gel polish and a gliter ombre and that's exactly what I got, very happy. There was some translation issues but I was able to physically show what I meant with the glitter. The main issue was the nail file etc weren't fresh, which in these days I'd prefer they used new ones between clients. Otherwise I pleasant experience that didn't cost the earth.
