   While there is some good quality items most were XXL or very small some product is very damaged one piece had very large holes in the front, i have posted a photo to this shop, staff are rude and not approachable would recommend skipping this store and going to Barkers next door.

   This is not really an outlet store, and easily has the worst “deals” in the outlet mall. I don’t know how many times I’ve been in this store based on their window signs, but I’ve only purchased items twice, and at regular retail prices! Don’t get me wrong, I like Rodd & Gunn’s products, but this “outlet store” only really offers the same deals as their other retail stores… so why is it here? Sale signs are often vague, and while not technically incorrect, are easily misleading. According to this store, “up to 70% off” includes 0% off, as they do say “up to”. From “$79” simply means “at least $79” which isn’t inspiring, and kind of sucks when I couldn’t find a single item in the section priced at $79. These are dirty tricks and this behaviour makes me question the brand as a whole. Rodd & Gunn make nice apparel, and their regular stores are a good experience, but attempting to pass this store off as an outlet store leaves me unimpressed.

   Bad product quality . Recently bought 5 polo T-shirts for my family members in overseas, the t-shirt got expanded /stretched after first wash , now the XL sized t-shirts are XXXL, didn't expect such poor quality from Rodd and gun. I spent around 79.99 dollars for each t-shirt . this was an absolute insult for me because everyone returned and complained about the poor quality product which I gifted them. planning to file a complaint against brand for selling poor quality products . photos of t-shirts stretched are added , for reference t-shirt which is not washed (left) is placed beside the stretched one , bought 2 shirts from tawa outlet and the remaining where ordered by the sales representative from the Willis street/Lambton quay store because they don't have the particular size shirt in there store.
