I have been a few times, this is the second time they have filed the skin around my fingers. I went to get my nails done as I'm a new mum and hardly get time to myself but I regret getting them done here. The owner of the business did my manicure and she filed the skin on my fingers multiple times. Two days later and my one finger is still bleeding, it hurts anytime I pick up my baby!! Definitely not the self care I was hoping for, especially since I spent over $100. I would rather go back to an apprentice who has previously put SNS on top of builder gel for $20 and thats saying a lot. I do NOT recommend.
My first time at Ruby Nails having builder gel overlays. Chloe did my nails with absolute precision and was lovely. Very happy and will definitely be returning!

This was my first visit. I was totally impressed. Lovely setup, enjoyed watching the music vids on the tv while sitting doing my nails. Very calm and relaxing. I had an infill with acrylics and gel polish. The ladies are gentle and thorough at what they do. 100/100%. I'm very happy and will be a returning customer from now on. Thank you ladies. Xx
I’ve just come back from the UK and I had a wonderful nail girl there I recently went to another nail specialist but then I got recommended to Ruby nails… This is my second time and using them and I have been going to a girl called Allly She is brilliant my nails look amazing and she’s very friendly I would highly recommend her I went there today and I was toying between two colours and she recommended me a fantastic colour and I absolutely love it…
I have tried this nail salon today and from first minute I felt very unwelcome there. The girls there seem to have no idea about customer service. I did acrylic nail extension and wasn’t happy with service either, after my comment girl started make excuses and got angry nervous and even colder with me. I felt very uncomfortable and not able to communicate my needs as a client. I don’t recommend this service.
