   After someone clipped my side mirror on our Toyota Yaris while parked, I popped in to see if they could assist me in getting the mirror reattached (which luckily didn't crack or shatter) without a booking. They promptly assisted me and was on my way in no time. This was fantastic service and a great experience. Highly recommended.

   I have always had a great experience servicing my cars at Toyota until now. I had my fleet serviced by the Browns Bay branch just over a year ago. I was told at the time that my 2012 Highland needed a replacement steering rack because it would fail a warrant. The 2012 Highlander has a known fault with the mid rack that causes a knock when steering (but doesn't otherwise fail a warrant) and has been doing this since pretty much new. Toyota offer a replacement part to fix the issue for less than $200 and a moderately capably DIY person could find a youtube video to DIY. Toyota Browns Bay quoted over $2k to replace the entire steering rack, which would not even fix the issue. I also recently decided to do a basic service on my own to save some costs. I discovered that Toyota Browns Bay failed to re-attach a component in the engine bay which connects to the air box (you need to unscrew it to replace the air filter). There are also multiple trim clips missing under the hood. I will not be trusting them with my vehicles again.

   Misdiagnosed my car, issued continued after pick up (vibration in idle- apparently they cleared faults from battery). Took it to another mechanic, issue resolved (motor mount replaced). Gave my money away for nothing. Wont be back to your business.
