   Absolute heroes! My car broke down on the motorway early this morning, and we arrived just as they were opening. Despite already being under pressure and explaining they were only working today and tomorrow before a well-deserved Christmas break, they were incredibly understanding of our situation. Even though they initially thought they might not have time to fit us in, they went above and beyond, managed to work on my car, and had it fixed before they closed. Outstanding service, genuine care, and true professionalism. I can’t thank them enough — highly recommended!

   Decided to try shore automotive today as my usual mechanic was away, and wow am impressed with how professional and neatly organised this place was. I wanted to give my props to Carol who was such a sweetheart, had a little mix up with the courtesy car loan schedule which wasn't her fault however she went above and beyond and booked me in for a urgent service with a turnaround time of 1h. She also advised me on the potential repairs/issues which i don't see many workshops doing that recently and the car came back all nicely serviced at a good price point too! Well done!
