   I have a Hyundai i20n which is mainly used for track days. It developed a slight shudder under heavy braking. The guys at BAS lightly skimmed the front rotors and installed my new pads. They managed to squeeze me in to their busy week as I had a track day coming up. The shudder has completely gone and was even able to better my lap time at Hampton Downs. The guys at BAS are fantastic and really no their stuff. Will definitely be using them for future brake stuff. Gary

   Been to BAS a few times and always outstanding service, kind and fair prices too. Never judged even for embarrassing moments or questions and the staff are so kind and welcoming even for the simplest query. Ive taken my first vehicle to them a couple times as well as my second. The staff are very trustworty, open and honest as well. Will continue to go back to them in future and recommend to my friends, family and anyone asking :)

   Recently took my car in for brake pads and rotors changed. They were excellent right from dropping the car off, diagnosing the issue to repairing. I found the quote reasonable and loved how honest and straightforward the team was to deal with. I also wanted to try a different payment method I had not tried before and the ladies from the admin team were so patient and kind in taking through the whole process!    Since purchasing my Vehicle I had been looking for a reputable Auto service mechanic that I could trust to take care my car. It was a while back that I came across the signage for BAS in Bute Road , Browns Bay and when I looked up the business I was amazed at the positive feedback the team had received from other customers. My vehicle was due for Lube Service and WOF so I contacted BAS and spoke to Jackie who was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. On the day of my booking I met Linda who welcomed me and in that instant I knew my car was in good hands. The team overall are friendly, efficient, and professional and go the extra mile to meet your needs. I have to add that I have never had my door hinges and locks oiled as part of a lube service. Those little extras and the advice given on my tyres are gratefully accepted. Pricing for Service and WOF was very reasonable. Thanks team BAS you have another loyal customer.
