   Would rate a 0 if I could. Scummy lairs that over charge. Went in to have my shocks replaced. They told me my cv boot split while they were trying to put it all together again. They said they replaced it and charged us for it. Which we agreed to. The following week it was taken to VTNZ for a pre purchase inspection and THE CV BOOT WAS STILL SPLIT. We tried to go back and show them photos and they said oh the guy who did it isn't here, we will call you. And they never did. So will never go back there and my only recommendation is to stay away.

   Extremely disappointed with the boss attitude, very rude. Took my car back in December for a WOF AND Service. Went to pick up and all good, gave me the car and paid 300$ bill. My licence expired and i couldn't renew because they didn't register the car. I rang the garage to let them know, and they rang me back following week saying that my car failed wof!!! They didn't tell me back in December and i was driving my car for 3 weeks thinking that my WOF was approved!! Instead of apologising and taking my car straight away for fix it, the boss-manager said to me that it was my fault because i didn't checked my windscreen and also he didnt know when he could take my car because they were very busy..!!! How rude!!! Obviously they don't need the business... I trusted them, gave them the business for many years... never again! Not even an apology! BAD!!!!

   My sister went in to have seatbelts done as they failed on her Wof. Told previously they could fit them if you provided them. She purchased the seatbelts. Went back in to have them fitted as they stated they could do this. Was there for no longer than 30mins. They pulled everything out and said they couldn't do it. Then charged her $75 dollors for what???. They proceeded to tell her they were the wrong seatbelts after confirming they were the correct ones. Waste of time and money. Will not be going back. Thanks for making something pretty simple absolutely horrific. Would be nice to have my sister $75 dollors back. Not quite sure why you charged her?? I suppose you like to pray on younger women.

   I first used Parakai Automotive a year ago. The routine warrant, service etc, gets done quickly and courteously. I've had an emergency which was fixed even more quickly and confidently. Just exactly what I need. I can't recommend these mechanics highly enough
