   Very disappointed in the customer service recieved today. Waited 45 minutes - 2 cars behind me taken before me. Enquired as to how much longer I needed to wait. Brief acknowledgement and then a further 5 minute wait. Did not appear to be busy. Refund requested and granted. No apology given. Will seek WOF elsewhere

   Efficient, independent service. Not cheap - $85 for a WOF but at least you're not going to get taken for a ride with fictional work needed. I'd like to think the extremely rude South African technician was just having a bad day.

   I always use this station for WoF as they are independent and have no financial incentive to fail your car. I've only had 1 misdiagnosed failure here, which then flew through re-inspecrion later. It's generally busy here at any time.

   The lady behind the real me desk is very rude. She can be a little nicer though. I went there around 9am and it’s not even crazy busy. I patiently waited when she intially told me “you have to sit down, I have a customer”. Those are her exact words. Then, She told me she cant do my real me verification and walk away because she needed to go to the toilet. What a nice customer service?!

   Completely random on what they'll pull you up on for a wof. Went to them for 3 years and depending on who they have working, they'll pull you up on random things that other inspectors have let you pass with on previous occasions. Sees they just make it up as they go along just to fill their quota of failed vehicles.

   Due to COVID level 3 step 2 restriction. AA testing centre was very busy on Saturday. Expect long queue. Very pleasant experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
