   Edit : Brought a “ba lsd diff 2.78” wouldnt fit in my ba xr6 cradle, as its a bf diff not a ba , i didnt realise the diff or ratio was the wrong one when i picked it up just assumed itd be right as it was a “reputable parts company” once i realised it was the wrong one that night, i emailed got no response continued for over a week to finally get incontact and told they dont refund and would only be happy to supply the right one with more payment of about $400 after already paying $400 for the original diff, even though its not stated anywhere on any of the reciepts or trademe listing i have from them that they dont refund, but according to old neil its trade process to not refund and they cant help. Proved my case neil, if you goto order something and its not what is advertised your entitled to a refund, if you go and buy something from super cheap and dont use it theyll refund you. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Serviced my car couple of months ago. After that my car stopped on road twice with limited warning. Repairer mentioned the oil was not serviced. Not sure what to think here as it was meant to be part of the service and charged for. Checked with few other people who received service from AutoLab. Not a genuine service provider unanimous opinion.

   Quality, professionalism, competitive, informative and highly recommended! These are the qualities one would expect from a mechanic right? Didn't receive any of the above. Perhaps they wouldn't need to keep multiple burner phones or the 2 hench men behind the parts counter if they were up front honest and had any sense of what a moral compass is. Incompetent daylight robbery. Have advised ALL of my Giltrap Associates and beyond.

   I have known Neil and Lee Ann for over 13 years on a professional level. They have always offered up great service everytime. They have addressed any issues I've had and I have had no problem referring them to my family and friends as my mechanical professionals to anyone looking for a good quality workshop and WOF center. Highly recommended more so if you own any age Holden. I take all my cars there. Sometimes you have to travel in order to find good professional service.
