   Called to book infor a service and they were booked out for the week(we live 5 hours out of Auckland and we are passing through). Fair. Being booked out for the week for me means brilliant service. I have been recommended this automotive shop for a reason. Reading through all these amazing reviews I will definitely bring my car here. Amazing customer service on the phone they even tried to accommodate me on the closest time available. Can't wait to meet the amazing staff.

   Super professional and super cool staff. As an inexperienced driver with minimal knowledge of cars, I felt my car was shaky and needed someone to check it. Rob and his team inspected my car and confirmed that there was no issue. I got peace of mind! Highly recommend them for car checkups and great service.

   Bought a Granone coupon. The service was done without an issue. I did pay an extra $60 for synthetic oil. The team was friendly and professional. There is no toilet there. The reception area doesn't have a couch or sofa. There is no guest wifi.

   Im now onto my third car and these guys have never let me down in the 5+ years I've been going there. They are very friendly and know what they're talking about. When a courtesy car is available they will offer it to clients as well, which is very kind of them. I've gone from Japanese to Euro cars and their prices are fair and competitive. 100% would recommend and will continue going there.

   Second time using this garage. Would now never go back and not recommend anyone else new to book their car in here. Not very friendly service this time around and was yelled at over the phone when arranging for the manager/owner to open up shop 10 mins after he left early on a Wednesday afternoon. After a missed call at late notice. He then arrived and made a point to be aggressive and stand his point and not remember any polite or considerate customer service. Made me feel like I had attacked him and was manipulative trying to say he would not charge for service. I paid $110 for labour as car was fine. Unprofessional, mean and judgmental service. 0.5 out o 10 rating.
