I went to Pit Stop Albany for my WOF and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The inspection was done promptly, and everything was explained clearly. Chase and the team here are bloody awesome!! They rectified my Subaru wheel bearings issue, it’s like I’ve got a brand new car now. Honestly, can’t thank them enough. Gave my car a second life. Highly recommend. Will def be coming back.

I called Pit Stop Albany 10:30am 2/07/2023 to confirm if they were busy and I was able to bring my car in for servicing at 12pm, the responder confirms "yes, no problem bring it in." I arrive and I am told they are too busy and I am welcome to leave my vehicle with them. The wasted time getting to the establishment, including petrol consumption was enough for me to place this review.
