Great crowd here at Autoland North Shore. Anytime I leave my car in they have a courtesy car for me and any work that needs to be completed, they call and explain the work, why it's necessary and how much it's going to cost. Fair price every time, very professional and no fuss Would highly recommend them to anyone
Normally, I don’t trust Google reviews or write any myself. However, Autoland North Shore (Brett) is genuinely the most honest and trustworthy car service I’ve dealt with. Their pricing is reasonable, and their communication is excellent. They serviced my dad’s car yesterday, and my parents are very happy with the result. I took my car to my usual mechanic, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, so they sent me to see an auto electrician???. I didn’t know anyone, so I went to Nick and his team at Autoland Northshore, they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any hassles. I’m really happy with the service—Nick was professional, knew what he was doing, and got everything sorted efficiently. They kept me informed the whole time, and the price was fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find a workshop you can truly trust, but they've definitely earned mine. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest and reliable car repairs!

Super helpful in explaining what the transmission oil flush procedure was. I did not expect such an in-depth explanation and appreciated it. I was given a run around car when I did not expect one on a very rainy day. All round efficient helpful professional service.
Very happy with the customer service, friendly and professional team. Super reasonable price for car service, and I was happy that I was charged what I was quoted without extras being added on that aren’t necessary. The staff were helpful with quoting me new tyres that will need to be done soon, but at the same time not pushy or rushing me to get them done which I appreciated.
I fully trust Brett and the team at Autoland for all our car service and WOF requirements. Their communication is excellent and I never feel overcharged. They offer honest advice and genuine customer care and go the extra mile to look after their customers. Highly recommend
