   Worst customer service. I just called them how much to just check my car and receptionist handed phone to his boss who said they don't do. He was bit rude. I did long time back in Midas in Wairua(currently closed) which was pretty good then this.

   had a few services and WOF done here!! staff are very friendly and they are very efficient !! there has been a time when they can't do a WOF for me, and they offered taking the car next door at the VTNZ store to get WOF done for me !! thumb up !!! my go to service for my vehicles!!

   Ripped off. My wife had a "smart service" advertised at $299, instead of upcharging slightly for the specific changes to the service they simply charged everything from scratch at full retail. ends up at $391 for the service itself, they then want additional $90 and $100 each for a cabin and air filter, what a mark up! When they called they had already replaced these filters with no mention of additional cost. Would never go back based on this, cheaper at the dealership, or other Midas branches are better.

   Tried out Midas Albany on a whim as my car needed a service to fulfill it's warranty, great communication, very fair pricing. Will be back with my other vehicles now. Thanks Midas team Edit- Back now for a Wof and to check an issue regarding the suspension, as previously mentioned I'll continue to keep coming back, very fair and great to deal with.

   Failed my WoF at VTNZ as needed new tires. Midas was just behind them so that was convenient. They were very friendly and offered reasonable prices. I got my car fixed up here and then they even liaised with vtnz after for me whilst I sat comfortably. Will certainly come back here next time.
